Twelfth Report of the Trinidad and Tobago Birds Status and Distribution Committee: Records Submitted in 2014

Abstract

The Trinidad and Tobago Birds Status and Distribution Committee (TTBSDC) has assessed all records submitted during 2014. In all, 85 records were adjudged, representing 49 different species. Of the sub- missions assessed, in only six cases did the TTBSDC find the identification inconclusive (see Inconclusive Records, below). In several instances, documented sightings were submitted as photographic evidence alone which can be diffficult to assess with no supplementary written account.
